Individuals who meet eligibility requirements may join TUCOEMAS Federal Credit Union. There are two ways to establish TFCU membership.

Come By

You may complete and print a membership application and present it to a Member Service Representative at the TFCU branch nearest you.

1. A California Driver's License, California Identification Card, Military ID, or Passport.
2. Cash or a check for at least $30 payable to TUCOEMAS Federal Credit Union, or $130 if you are opening both a Savings ($30) and a Checking Account ($100). This includes a $5 non-refundable new account fee. The $25 will be deposited into your Membership Account.

Mail Us

If you don't have the time to come into a branch office, you may send a request to the eService Representative or give one of our Member Service Representatives a call at (559) 732-8892 (Visalia), (559) 685-8892 (Tulare), or (559) 784-8892 (Porterville). The Member Service Representative will mail everything you need for establishing TFCU membership.

To join by mail, you need to:

1. Complete the Membership card in full, sign where indicated - having your signature notarized.
2. Include a photocopy of your California Driver's License, California Identification Card, Military ID, or Passport.
3. Enclose a check in the amount of at least $30 payable to Tucoemas Federal Credit Union, or $130 if you are opening both a savings ($30) and a checking account ($100). This includes a $5 non-refundable new account fee. The $25 will be deposited to your Membership Account.
4. Mail the completed Membership Signature Card and Application, initial deposit, and a copy of your ID to:
