Scholarships

TUCOEMAS Federal Credit Union provides several opportunities for graduating high school seniors to apply for college scholarships sponsored by various credit union affiliated organizations each year.

TUCOEMAS is participating in the 2008 Education Exchange College Grant Program, which is sponsored by Accel/Exchange Network (one of the nation’s premier EFT networks for POS/ATM transactions.) A total of $50,000 in college grants will be awarded to 34 high school senior based on scholastic achievement, character, communication skills, and financial need.

The grants will be awarded as follows:

  • Four (4) $5,000 grant recipients
  • Thirty (30) $1,000 grant recipients
Applications are available at all branch locations and must be mailed directly to the Education Exchange by the entry deadline of March 15, 2008. Entries postmarked after the deadline will be ineligible. Students selected as grant recipients will be notified by July 15, 2008.
