To Access eTeller

Steps

If you have an audio response PIN, you can complete the Online Application and enroll yourself in this service. If you do not have an audio PIN, please complete the Printable InterActive Home Banking Application, and submit it to any Membership Representative at one of our four branch locations. (Or, simply drop it in the mail to us.)

Your application will be processed and an eTeller & eTeller Plus Quick Start Guide will be returned to you in the mail. If you have enrolled online, click the link below to view and print a copy of the Quick Start Guide.

An eTeller security code is required to access your account information. Within your Welcome Kit, you will be provided with simple instructions for establishing your own security code. If you enroll online, you will be prompted to choose a unique ID and security code.

To obtain Web access to your accounts, you must use a 128-bit encrypted web browser such as Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer. This will ensure a secure connection to our Web server, thus protecting your Credit Union account information. You may purchase a supported version of the Netscape Navigator browser from Netscape Communications or you may choose to download a free evaluation copy of the Netscape Navigator from Netscape's site.


Billing

We are happy to announce that eTeller Home Banking is offered to our members FREE of charge, and your first three months using eTeller Plus, the automatic bill payment system, is also FREE! A monthly fee of $5.00 will be charged thereafter.

Help

Members may call or visit any TFCU branch's Member Services Department to obtain information about eTeller & eTeller Plus transactions. All electronic transactions appear on member statements.
